Do you find yourself in the aisles of your grocery store, flipping a box food product around, looking for the iconic Box Tops for Education® logo? This [frazzled] mama can often be seen doing just that!
I clip because of the field trips and classroom supplies our school receives via Box Tops funds. However, my kids have an ulterior motive for my purchasing Box Tops products; the oversized trophy the winning classroom gets each month for the most Box Tops collected. Whatever works, right?!
So if you’re also hip to clip, I have a cute yet quick 10-minute collection envelope to hold all those Box Tops. So grab your scissors and glue stick…

How To Make a 10-Minute Collection Envelope for Box Tops
Since my daughter started elementary school, I’ve collected Box Tops in a plastic baggie. Pinned to a bulletin board. Practical, sure, but fun, not really. Four years into her school career, I’ve (finally) upgraded us to a much cuter collection system!
Supplies
– Small manila envelope
– Cardstock (pink and brown/gray)
– Letter stickers
– Craft Scissors
– Glue
– Pencil and Ruler
There are countless snack and meal products with the little Box Tops label on it. Some of my family’s favorites include: Honey Nut Cheerios™, Mott’s Medleys® Fruit Snacks, Nature Valley™ Oats N Honey Granola Bars, Annie’s™ Cheddar Bunnies, and Old El Paso™ Taco Dinner Kit.

What’s more iconic than a pencil to symbolize school?! Use a ruler to determine how large on an eraser you want to create. My cardstock eraser was about 2″ wide and the metal band about 1″ wide.
Cut the cardstock accordingly. Glue the eraser first, followed by the band.
Instead of the “No. 2” on the pencil, use small letter sticks (or a black marker) to paste “Box Tops”.
Start collecting those Box Tops today! And remember, it’s Hip to Clip!!

Oh, the joys of the box tops hunt! My son has been joining me at the grocery store as of late, helping select items to purchase, lol. All about who will bring the most box tops. I think I will have him make his own envelope per your instructions:)
